There's a moment most couples don't talk about.
The baby is finally asleep.
The house is quiet.
And you're sitting next to the person you love…
but something feels off.
Not broken. Not wrong.
Just… disconnected.
Like you've somehow become teammates in logistics,
but strangers in everything else.
If you've felt that, this is for you.

💛 The Post-Baby Relationship Blueprint
A 12-week live course for partnered parents who are done feeling like exhausted roommates—and ready to feel like a team again.
This isn't therapy.
This isn't another communication worksheet.

This is a repeatable system for rebuilding your relationship inside real life.
🛡️
Emotional Safety
So you can actually be honest without it turning into a fight.
🤝
Connected Conflict
So hard moments bring you closer, not further apart.
🧭
Shared Direction
So you stop pulling in opposite directions.
⚖️
Mutual Responsibility
So one person isn't carrying everything.

The Transformation
✨ What Changes in 12 Weeks
By the end of this course, you will be able to sit down with your partner and say:
"Here's how our family system is going.
Here's what I love.
Here's what we need to change.
And here's how we do it—together."
Without defensiveness.
Without shutdown.
Without it turning into the same fight again.
That kind of conversation doesn't happen by accident.
It happens because you built the foundation that makes it safe.
🤍 Who This Is For
This course was designed for couples who are ready to stop surviving and start reconnecting.
💑
You love your partner, but feel more like coworkers than a couple.
🔁
You're tired of having the same conversations on repeat.
🧠
You're carrying more of the mental and emotional load than you want to.
You don't want to wait until things get worse to fix them.
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I'm Chelsea.
I'm the founder of The Professional Parent, and I created the Sustainable Intimacy Framework™ because I saw too many good couples falling apart—not because they stopped loving each other, but because no one taught them how to stay connected under the pressure of parenthood.
This course is the system I wish every new parent had access to. It's practical, it's real, and it works inside the chaos of actual family life.
Credentials:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Psychology with specializations in neuroscience and child development
  • Master's in Counseling Education
  • Certifications in Coaching, Postpartum Transition, Mindfulness
  • 10 years as a Counselor Educator and Executive Function Skills Coach
  • And most importantly, a Married mom of four (including twins!)

Frequently Asked Questions
Do both partners need to participate?
While the course is designed for couples, it's most effective when both partners are engaged. That said, even one partner applying the framework can shift the dynamic significantly. We'll talk about how to navigate that in the first week.
Is this therapy or a replacement for therapy?
No. This is not therapy and is not a substitute for it. This is a structured coaching course that gives you a repeatable system for how your relationship operates day-to-day. If you're also in therapy, this pairs beautifully with that work. Therapy is great for exploration or other specific needs whereas this program solves the one problem of creating a system that creates sustainability in your marriage after having kids.
What if we can't make the live sessions?
Every session is recorded and replays are always available inside your private client portal. You'll never miss a thing. Many couples watch the replays together on their own schedule.
How much time does this require each week?
Plan for about 60–90 minutes per week for the live session, plus small integration exercises you can do together in 10–15 minutes. It's designed to fit inside the reality of parenting life.
What if our relationship isn't "bad"—is this still for us?
Absolutely. Most couples in this course love each other deeply—they just feel disconnected. You don't need to wait until things are broken. This is about building the system that keeps your relationship strong under pressure.
You Don't Need a Better Partner.
You need a better system for how your relationship works under pressure.
And that's exactly what we build here.
Spots are intentionally limited so this can stay intimate and supported.
